¡Buenos días!
We had our first assembly! It was AWESOME! All the teachers danced on stage and Srta. Shutt played the drum (el tambor) while we danced and sang to music!
This week we also had our first fire drill! We were very proud of how quiet and orderly we were when we exited the building.
We also explored our artistic abilities through guided drawing. Using blocks, we practiced creating letters from the alphabet. Some students even spelled their names! Through a class reading and discussion of "The Crocodile Who Did Not Like Water" we learnt that we are all unique and that we should accept others for who they are!
