ELA
The students have close to finished up their Stuck Stories. They worked on self and peer editing of their work. The students went through their centres and worked with their Grade 5 buddies on reading as well. We have some students reading to the class, which we will continue over the next few weeks.
ESP
In Spanish, the students have finished up their work on food and we have started introducing a new unit of Animals. We have had choral read-aloud as well as students working through their Spanish centres.
MAT
In Math, we continued with 3D shapes incorporating art as well as physically building 3D shapes then describing the shape with their attributes. The students also working on sorting activities, sorting shapes according to their attributes or what they are able to do. (roll, slide, stack)
