Buenas tardes a todos,
The students are working on Prairies and the Past in Social Studies. Today we watched a video on Homesteading. We have looked at the differences between the past and the present, settlers, the indigenous population, animals, crops and landforms.
In Math, we are reviewing topics that we have studied throughout the year. We are reviewing Measurement for the remainder of the week.
In Spanish, the students have created animal puppets and they are working on a script to put on little plays with their animals.
In English, we finished reading the story Twister on Tuesday (A Jack and Annie book). The students did a review of the booked and we clarified and connected vocabulary to our unit in Social Studies.
In-Line Skating tomorrow.
